Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences
Conferences will be held Monday, October 31st through Wednesday November 2nd from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm in the gym (round robin style). On Thursday, by appointment only conferences will take place from 12:00 pm until 4:0 pm in teacher’s classrooms. Parents should use the online appointment scheduler to schedule their conferences. The appointment scheduler link is located in the announcement section of the www.taylorprephs.com Please contact Ms. Johnson in the main office if you need help scheduling conferences. Taylor Prep High School PTO will be conducting candy fundraiser from now until October 21, 2016. The money raised will be used for many projects and activities that occur at the school. Please help your student with our campaign. Please sell to friends, family, neighbors, and people at work. We will make a 50% profit on all items sold. Please read the following on how to fill out the order form. Packets were distributed to students during F period on Tuesday, October 10th. Additional packets can be picked up in the Welcome Center.
- Collect money at the time of taking order
- ONLY cash/cashier’s check/money order’s/ bridge cards will be accepted when orders are turned in for payment of the order
- No personal checks will be accepted!
- Bridge Cards can also be included as form of payment
- Make sure the money collected totals the cost of the items sold
- Double check your order forms
- All orders and money are due Friday October 24
- Advise your child not to sell to strangers and to be careful
- Items will be delivered the week before Thanksgiving
- Gift cards will be awarded to the top 2 sellers
- Any family that raises more than $160.00 may have their athletic pay to play fee waived

*Summer Camp ~ August 9th thru August 11th
If you were an 8th grader during the 2015-16 school year, we want to invite you to attend a three day summer camp at TPHS. The summer camp will be held from August 9th thru August 11th from 8:00 am until 2:50 pm. Registration is free and is required to attend. For more details contact the Welcome Center. Forms were mailed to new families homes on Friday, July 15th if you have completed the entire enrollment process.
New Family Meetings
This meeting is mandatory for all new students that were suspended during the 2015-16 school year. Parents will have their own session where they will be welcomed to Taylor Prep, given important information related to helping their student achieve and succeed, and provided the opportunity to meet the principal in a small group setting prior to orientation.
